Please inspect your merchandise for any defects when they first arrive. Due to the personal nature of our products returns cannot be accepted. Exceptions may be made by Compression Stockings of America regarding products that have been ordered incorrectly by size. In those cases, exchanges for another available size can be made within 14 days of the original purchase. Shipping charges to return the products ordered in error to CSA as well as shipping charges for us to reship the replacements are the responsibility of the customer. 

Products that have been worn, or damaged due to consumer wear, or show signs of wear, may not be returned. All returns and exchanges must be unopened and returned in original packaging.

Please keep all original packing material, boxes and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned. Items returned without all packing material may not be accepted. To request a return or exchange please email us for a return authorization number at: info@orthobrands.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
