Choosing an item to purchase
Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, simply click 'add to cart' to add the item to your order.
You may notice some 'extra' items displayed along with the details of the product you are purchasing. These items are recommended to be coupled with the product to create a great combination. To add one of these items to your order, click the small box next to the product image before clicking 'place order'.
You will be directed to an order page which shows details of the items you are purchasing and allows you to check the total charge for your order before entering the secure checkout area. You can remove individual item(s) from your order by clicking the 'remove' checkbox and then clicking Update.
Checkout
Once you have completed your order, click the 'checkout' link at the right hand side of the page.
You will be asked to enter your payment details, contact address and delivery address. Please be sure to double check the details of your order.
You will be directed to the PayPal secure hosting area to enter your payment details. (Please note: This web site has been Verified by PayPal. Users transactions are completed in a very secure environment.). Any information you exchange with the PayPal will not be viewed be any other person accessing the internet. Please make sure you enter all the mandatory fields. Please note that the billing address must be the address to which the debit/credit card is registered. This can be different from the address to which you wish the goods to be delivered.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails to your registered email address. One to confirm your order details and one to confirm payment from Ortho Brands. You should keep this email as receipt of order.

Happily, not too often, but should you not be satisfied with your order, please be sure to include your name, address and the item description for the fastest service. Items being returned/exchanged must be received by us before the replacement items will be re-shipped from our warehouse.
